Comms Engine
A data product, an API that is made up of two Cloud Run services, that send marketing and service comms to the Braze API endpoint. Comms are published to their respective PubSub services, which then pushes comms to the Comms API. Essentially, we use customer data to build an audience and we pass that audience through Comms Engine, validating the data on the way through and then this triggers the comms journey to be sent to customers in Braze.
Network Automation
Intent based network automation and building out network as a service (NAAS) within a product framework / context. We used two keys tools / platforms, Itential IAP (domain orchestrator) and Cisco NSO as the SDN controller. We expanded our scope from fixed (broadband) to the mobile network and set in motion the move, via automation, to an all fibre network. We also automate the provisioning of B2B services such as SDWAN and MIA. All with a view to maintaining a fault free and compliant network, reducing cost and enabling revenue generation.
Query Manager - Salesforce Lightning
Designed, Built, Launched & Scaled a ticketing and query tool for Risk & Compliance partners. Built on Salesforce Lightning platform, QM enabled thousands of customers, clients, employees & partners, to raise queries to Risk & Compliance teams, enabling them to support with specialist knowledge and advice.
